Every year, Chelsea provides pro-bono and low-bono legal services to immigrants, especially women and children, seeking humanitarian relief in the U.S. and abroad. 

Most recently, in March 2025, Chelsea joined a humanitarian mission to Ukraine to support refugees and displaced populations.
